As a Production Technician / Trainee Production Technician, you will be part of the team responsible for fulfilling customer orders by edging and mounting optical lenses into frames.

Responsibilities:

  • Use of optical manufacturing equipment.
  • Assembly of optical products within specified tolerances and to quality standards.
  • Cleaning and spot checking of optical goods.
  • Managing workflow in chronological order.

Qualifications:

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will have a general aptitude for assembly and have good attention to details. You will be able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment and have a good level of literacy and numeracy. On-the-job tuition in all aspects of optical production and departmental accountability will be provided by our dynamic and friendly team.
