This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager based in Quinton, Birmingham. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee daily operations related to property management, lease administration, and lease negotiations. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring properties are well-maintained
  • Addressing tenant needs
  • Enforcing lease agreements
  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Managing clients' expectations

The role involves fostering positive relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and attending external property visits and inspections as required. The role currently includes a commercial management portfolio of around 100 properties, offering an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to expand the portfolio further, supported by an established support system already in place.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Lease Administration and handling Lease Negotiations
  • Hands-on expertise in Property Management and Leases
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with tenants, teams, and external stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of real estate laws and property management regulations
  • Proficiency in property management software and related digital tools
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
  • Industry certifications such as CPM or RPA are an added advantage
