We’re looking for two experienced and driven fundraisers to join the team. The fundraising team works to a target of around £2m per year, generated from a range of channels and segments. The role contributes to our mission to reveal Jesus to the younger generations in England and Wales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising campaigns across multiple channels to help meet annual targets (around £2m).
- Engage with supporters, volunteers, and partners to grow giving, donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission.
- Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement in fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Ability to manage funds, analyse donor data, and develop compelling proposals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full-time, mid-senior level role.
