We’re looking for two experienced and driven fundraisers to join the team.

The fundraising team works to a target of around £2m per year, generated from a range of channels and segments.

The role contributes to our mission to reveal Jesus to the younger generations in England and Wales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns across multiple channels to help meet annual targets (around £2m).
  • Engage with supporters, volunteers, and partners to grow giving, donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission.
  • Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement in fundraising activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fundraising with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to manage funds, analyse donor data, and develop compelling proposals.
