We're looking for a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join a global technology business at their Telford site. This is a varied operations-focused role where you'll coordinate customer requests, supplier activities, quotations, purchase orders, and service delivery processes to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in maintaining service levels, managing turnaround times, and supporting the smooth delivery of outsourced services.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer requests, quotations, RFQs and purchase orders
  • Coordinate suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time
  • Monitor turnaround times and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders
  • Support procurement activities, supplier coordination and purchasing processes
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Around 2+ years' experience in customer service, operations, procurement, supply chain or a similar coordination role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with suppliers, purchasing or service delivery would be an advantage
  • Experience using ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Oracle or Salesforce) would be beneficial
