This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organisation, structure, and being trusted to take ownership of their work.

Location: Reading

Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on-site / 2 days from home

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple live projects
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Maintain accurate document control, correspondence, and project records
  • Support project and operations teams with trackers, reporting, and programme updates
  • Monitor procurement and production schedules, chasing orders where required
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects running smoothly

  • Plan and organise daily workloads, prioritising tasks effectively

Working Style

This role suits someone who enjoys a high level of autonomy. You’ll be given clear tasks, guidance, and priorities, and trusted to manage your workload independently. While support, documentation, and instructions are always available, success in this role comes from being comfortable focusing, organising your own time, and getting on with tasks without the need for constant supervision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (used regularly for trackers, reporting, and data updates), as well as Word and Outlook
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A reliable, proactive, and methodical approach to work

Why This Role?

  • Work on real, physical projects from order through to delivery
  • Enjoy a balanced hybrid working pattern (3 days on-site / 2 from home)
  • Be trusted to manage your work with autonomy and clear expectations
  • Gain exposure across project delivery, operations, and coordination
  • Build long-term experience in a stable and growing business
