Join an established broadband provider on their mission to bring hyper-fast, reliable broadband to rural communities across Norfolk and Suffolk. As part of their expansion, we’re seeking skilled Lead Civils Operatives to supervise 2-person teams delivering high-quality fibre installations.

  • Use rod & rope techniques to install subduct/cables
  • Complete digital job documentation
  • Flexible weekend work (when required)

Requirements:

  • NRSWA and PIA certifications (essential)
  • Proficient in using an excavator, plate compactor, and Stihl saw
  • Telecoms industry experience, including civils or fibre works
  • Confident working in confined spaces
  • Full UK driver's licence (essential)
  • IT proficiency for completing online documentation
