As part of their expansion, we’re seeking skilled Lead Civils Operatives to supervise 2-person teams delivering high-quality fibre installations.

Your Role:

  • Clear blockages and complete civils works (track work, chamber builds, core drills)
  • Use rod & rope techniques to install subduct/cables
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to high standards
  • Ensure compliance with Openreach and health & safety regulations
  • Complete digital job documentation
  • Flexible weekend work (when required)

Your Skills and Experience:

  • NRSWA and PIA certifications (essential)
  • Proficient in using an excavator, plate compactor, and Stihl saw
  • Telecoms industry experience, including civils or fibre works
  • Confident working in confined spaces
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Full UK driver's licence (essential)
  • IT proficiency for completing online documentation
