£14.50 / hour (via umbrella) | Full-time, Onsite | 37.5 hours / week, Mon–Fri
Join a world-renowned technology company in Telford as a Customer Service Coordinator, supporting customer orders, logistics, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. ✨ What You’ll Do
- Coordinate outsourced work and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Prepare and issue sub-contract quotations using internal systems
- Process customer orders efficiently and resolve queries promptly
- Track supplier progress to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate records, certificates, and audit documentation
- Support procurement activities, including requisitions and purchase orders
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain operations
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); VLOOKUP experience preferred
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
- Procurement or logistics experience is an advantage
