This role is offered as a 12-month contract starting ASAP, with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs. 🎯 What You\’ll Be Doing: * Coordinate and prioritize outsourced work, providing regular updates to customers * Prepare and send sub-contract quotations via internal sales systems * Manage customer orders and respond promptly to queries with clear documentation * Process new requests, issue service orders, and track supplier progress * Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely processing and delivery * Monitor turnaround times to meet contractual SLAs * Maintain accurate job records, including status notes, certificates, and audit logs * Handle procurement tasks such as requisitions, POs, and supplier scheduling 🔍 What We\’re Looking For: * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (including v-lookup formulas) * Ability to adapt flexibly and manage multiple processes simultaneously * Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively * Experience with procurement or supply chain operations (advantageous) 🎯 Why This Role?
