We're looking for a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join a global technology business at their Telford site. This is a varied operations-focused role where you'll coordinate customer requests, supplier activities, quotations, purchase orders, and service delivery processes to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in maintaining service levels, managing turnaround times, and supporting the smooth delivery of outsourced services.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer requests, quotations, RFQs and purchase orders
- Coordinate outsourced service activities with suppliers and logistics partners
- Monitor turnaround times and ensure service commitments are achieved
