We're on the hunt for a CRM & Marketing Executive to join our Creative & Web team.

About the role

You will be the voice behind our customer communications, helping bring the Scribbler brand to life across email, SMS, Loyalty and digital channels.

One day you could be planning a seasonal campaign, the next you're preparing for a new product launch, building automated customer journeys or creating content that drives customers into our stores and onto our website.

You will be regularly out in stores, not only creating content but advising the creative and merch teams on ways we can improve customer communication in store.

You will be running our brand new loyalty scheme: Scribbler rewards.

Helping us engage with our customers across a variety of touch points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day marketing content across the Scribbler website, emails and social channels.
  • Own all paid social activity including Meta and Tik Tok, and be comfortable working independently and with agencies to launch, optimise, and report on Google Ads campaigns.
  • Run the day-to-day communications of our loyalty scheme, targeting customers to sign up and encourage repeat purchase, through digital marketing and in-store activations.
  • Plan, build and send engaging CRM campaigns that reflect the Scribbler brand, across email and SMS.
  • Build, test and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome, birthday, post-purchase and win-back programmes.
  • Support the optimisation of customer journeys to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Keep an eye on campaign performance, spotting opportunities to improve engagement, clicks and sales.
  • Support customer segmentation and audience selection for targeted communications.
  • Ensure CRM campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and on brand.
  • Segment customer audiences to deliver relevant, personalised communications that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Work with the Design team to brief and develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Buying team to promote new ranges, seasonal launches and hero products.
  • Support omnichannel marketing campaigns that connect the online and in-store customer experience.
  • Carry out A/B testing on subject lines, content, creative and customer journeys to improve performance.
  • Help grow and maintain the customer database while supporting data quality and GDPR best practice.
  • Keep up to date with CRM, content and retail marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
  • Assist in planning and delivering key seasonal campaigns including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for Scribbler to stand out.

About you

  • Have experience in a CRM, content or digital marketing role.
  • Have worked in retail or brand marketing—ideally supporting both physical stores and ecommerce.
  • Understand what makes customers click.
  • Enjoy juggling multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
  • Are organised, curious and always looking for new ideas and opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Bonus points if you've worked with web platforms such as Shopify and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Even bigger bonus points if you’ve got experience working with Loyalty schemes.
