Assistant Manager – Screwfix

Join us as an Assistant Manager supporting the Retail Branch Manager. You\’ll help place customers at the heart of everything we do, improve operations, and grow your career with excellent training and varied shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards, ensuring smooth operation from front of house to warehouse.
• Lead and inspire the team, motivating them to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage budgets, rota, payroll, P&L analysis, stock, and profit improvement.

• Experience in management and a desire to advance your career.
• Customer‑focused mindset and a drive to meet targets.
• Inquisitive, always questioning and improving.
