Retail Supervisor
You’ll be a vital part of the team, getting stuck in and leading by example. Whether you’re front‑of‑house helping customers or in the warehouse keeping our standards high, customers are always at the front of your mind. Our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns support a healthy work life balance, setting you on a promising career path.
Opening Hours
- Monday – Friday: 7am to 8pm
- Saturday: 7am to 6pm
- Sunday: 9am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities
- Host – act as the team leader, setting an example of what great looks like, guiding customers to the right products.
- Store Standards – ensure smooth running from cash reconciliations to customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.
- Teamwork – work closely with the team, take pride in the store, and enjoy a fun working environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experienced supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, capable of translating service into sales.
- Inquisitive, constantly questioning and improving.
- Passionate about our business and friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking.
