We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our recruitment team on a 3 month contract initially. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Partner, your role will be fundamental in ensuring we deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for our candidates and stakeholders, creating brand advocacy and promoting Screwfix as an employer of choice.
You’ll support the team with critical administration duties, including:
- Advertising roles across relevant platforms
- Arranging interviews
- Monitoring application numbers
- Being a point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates
