And we want to pass that growth onto you. We’re building out our Core Technology Product Team and are hiring two Product Owners to own and evolve our Finance and Supply Chain products. As part of our continued investment in Core Technology, these roles sit at the heart of how our core platforms are delivered and supported.

You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning prioritisation and trade‑off decisions within your domain, while balancing business outcomes, delivery focus, and long‑term platform stability. You’ll shape clear roadmaps, work closely with delivery teams and senior business stakeholders, and turn complex requirements into outcomes that matter. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening product ownership across enterprise technology, improving backlog governance and driving predictable, value‑led delivery, while working with modern platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is hybrid working from our Yeovil Head Office.
