This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast-paced ecommerce team and help shape how we invest a large-scale paid search budget. As a Paid Search Specialist, you’ll work closely with our PPC agency and in-house Paid Search team to deliver ambitious traffic and revenue targets, while keeping a sharp eye on ROI. You’ll be hands-on with optimisation, insight, and testing, and play a key role in translating marketing intent into high-performing search activity.

Responsibilities
- Deliver PPC/paid search campaigns in collaboration with the PPC agency and in-house Paid Search team to meet traffic and revenue targets.
- Lead hands-on optimisation, insight generation, and testing to improve performance and ROI.
- Translate marketing intent into high‑performing search activity and monitor results against targets.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with brand and marketing goals.
