Screwfix Direct Ltd. in Yeovil is looking for a confident, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced contact centre on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
Reporting to a Customer Service Manager, you will handle calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from Screwfix, business and trade customers, resolving post-sales queries and delivering the highest level of service. You will work a Monday to Friday rota 7:50am to 8:15pm with one weekend in every three weeks and start training
