The Opportunity
Your journey to becoming a marketing expert starts here. In this role, you can help bridge the gap between creative spark and analytical insight. This is more than your average programme – this is a journey through different Screwfix marketing disciplines. You’ll experience a complete overview of how insight, creativity and campaign delivery combine to power one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers. This isn’t just any graduate scheme. This is a two-year journey where you’ll work across every facet of our marketing operations, building real expertise and transferable skills, making sure there’s no stopping us. Each rotation will challenge you as you learn what it takes to keep millions of Screwfix customers on task, on time and on budget.

Our Recruitment Process
We review applications individually. The process includes:
- Online assessment
- Recorded video interview
- In‑person assessment centre at our Yeovil Head Office (Between 16th March – 1st April)
