From personalising customer journeys with data to perfecting our omnichannel experience (making sure online and in‑store feel like one), you’ll be at the heart of our growth. We’re an innovative, fast‑changing business where experimentation is the norm and there’s no stopping us when it comes to pushing the boundaries of retail tech.
This isn’t just any other graduate scheme; it’s a two‑year journey through the core areas of omnichannel retailing. Depending on whether you join the Digital or Data team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in areas such as customer analytics, digital marketing, web development, loyalty, and CRM. All while helping us deliver the best experiences for millions of Screwfix customers.

Our Recruitment Process
We review applications individually. The process includes:
- Online assessment
- Recorded video interview
- In‑person assessment centre at our Yeovil Head Office (From 1st April)
