Reporting to a Customer Service Manager, the CSA handles calls, emails and WhatsApp to resolve post-sales queries and deliver outstanding service as an ambassador for our business. Work pattern includes a Monday–Friday rota with hours from 7:50am to 8:15pm and one weekend in three.
