About the job
Everything we do starts with the people we serve. We’re proud to be the traders behind the tradespeople: the nuts and bolts behind the job, always ready to save the day (or at least the project). From power tools to workwear, cables to pipe fittings, we offer over 70,000 products across 900+ stores – and that’s not to mention our industry-leading digital services. Join Screwfix and be part of a team of experts who get the job done quickly, affordably, and always with a smile.
The way customers shop is constantly evolving. The way we build and manage our ranges needs to evolve with it. We are looking for a Range Performance Analyst to help us understand how our product ranges perform across the whole Screwfix ecosystem. From trade counters to digital channels, this role will bring together the data, insight and context that helps us make smarter commercial decisions.
You will analyse how ranges perform holistically across all channels, benchmarking products across financial, operational and customer metrics. Your work will help shape how Screwfix evaluates and evolves its ranges going forward. You will also play an important role in preparing our commercial data for future range and assortment planning tools. This means organising, structuring and enabling scalable data that supports better decisions long term.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data but is equally comfortable translating insight into clear recommendations that influence how a business operates. This is a fixed term contract/secondment opportunity until the end December 2026.
