Retail Media Partnerships Senior Executive About the job Trade House, Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, BA22 8RT Competitive Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours) - Permanent We’re going into our third year of building Retail Media at Screwfix, and there’s still so much we’re evolving, building and figuring out. And now we’re adding two new Retail Media Partnerships Senior Executives to the team. These are sales-focused roles where you’ll own a portfolio of vendors and agency partners, building strong relationships and finding opportunities to grow their investment with us. You’ll get close to your customers, understand what they’re trying to achieve and turn that into Retail Media plans that deliver. You’ll use campaign performance and data to spot opportunities, have conversations around what’s working and where we can do more, and ultimately drive growth, retention and repeat investment. And because we’re still building the proposition, you won’t just be managing an existing portfolio. You’ll help identify new Retail Media opportunities, build the case for them and work with teams across Commercial, Digital, Marketing and Insights to bring them to life. We’re looking for someone with experience in media planning, campaign management, account management, sales or Retail Media, who enjoys building relationships and has a strong commercial mindset. Hybrid Working: We know that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to hybrid working. For this role, we’re open to discussing a working pattern that works for you and the team. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling to our Yeovil, Somerset office on a regular basis, typically weekly or fortnightly, as well as our Paddington, London office.
