Trade Up to Assistant Store Manager
With 770+ stores and counting, there are plenty of paths into management for our retail team. Through this supportive and handsâon training programme, Supervisors can learn everything they need to become Assistant Store Manager in just 12â15 months. And by the end of it, youâll qualify with a Level 3 Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship.
Trade Up to Branch Manager
Over 15 months, youâll undertake close supervision and structured learning as you learn how to run a store. By the end of this programme, youâll have a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and a strong knowledge of how to motivate and develop a team.
