Upto £28,450.00 per year Open to Full Time or Part Time (35.75 hours) - Permanent. This is your chance to step up. Trade Up to Assistant Store Manager With 770+ stores and counting, there are plenty of paths into management for our retail team. Through this supportive and hands-on training programme, Supervisors can learn everything they need to become Assistant Store Manager in just 12-15 months. By the end of it, you’ll qualify with a Level 3 Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship.

Trade Up to Branch Manager Over 15 months, you’ll undertake close supervision and structured learning as you learn how to run a store. By the end of this programme, you’ll have a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and a strong knowledge of how to motivate and develop a team.
