WHO I AM

Seb Von, 24, CEO & founder of Screw Loose, based in Bermondsey, London. Ex Yes Theory editor, worked with many creators as a storyteller/editor/director. Founded Screw Loose in June 2024, now grown to a 4-person team making out-of-the-box, viral, creative ads for some of the coolest and fastest-growing brands in the world. Creative, extremely ambitious, high-energy, big picture thinker. Naturally struggles with organisation, memory, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Values hard work and respect.

HOW I COMMUNICATE

Think and communicate in voice notes and text messages, as well as in person/in calls. Need replies back as text for time-saving purposes. Casual and direct communication style, aiming for execution rather than instructions. Frustration arises if messages are not acknowledged or responded to timely.

HOW I WORK BEST

  • Need someone to catch things falling through the cracks.
  • Need someone to take charge of all admin and organisational tasks in my life and business.
  • Struggles with calendaring; things need to be entered immediately or they are forgotten.
  • Work across multiple time zones (NY, London, Cape Town frequently).

ATTITUDE
