WHO I AM

Seb Von, 24, CEO & founder of Screw Loose, based in Bermondsey, London. Ex Yes Theory editor, worked with many creators as a storyteller/editor/director. Founded Screw Loose in June 2024, now grown to a 4-person team making out-of-the-box, viral, creative ads for some of the coolest and fastest-growing brands in the world. Creative, extremely ambitious, high-energy, big picture thinker. Naturally struggles with organisation, memory, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Values hard work and respect.

HOW I COMMUNICATE

Think and communicate in voice notes and text messages, as well as in person/in calls. Need replies back as text for time-saving purposes. Casual and direct communication style, aiming for execution rather than instructions. Frustration arises if messages are not acknowledged or responded to timely.

HOW I WORK BEST

  • Need someone to catch things falling through the cracks.
  • Need someone to take charge of all admin and organisational tasks in my life and business.
  • Struggles with calendaring; things need to be entered immediately or they are forgotten.
  • Work across multiple time zones (NY, London, Cape Town frequently).

SCREW LOOSE

Gen-Z out-of-the-box creative advertising agency. Only agency to have worked with MrBeast, Yes Theory, Simon Squibb, and Monte. Growing fast with a beautiful pink office in Southwark. Goal: become Gen-Z's most revered creative agency.

ATTITUDE

Be proactive; if you see something that could be better, fix it without waiting to be told.

PERSONAL

Email: Mix of extroverted and introverted. Gains energy from meeting awesome people but also needs time alone after too much social interaction.

THINGS I’M GOOD / GREAT AT:

  • Very good networker.
  • Good at sales.
  • Good at leading and growing the company.
  • Talented at ideation.
  • Good creative director.
  • Very good editor and storyteller.

THINGS I’M NOT GOOD AT / DON’T ENJOY:

  • Time management and organisation.
  • Managing calendar.
  • Memory.
  • Admin tasks.
  • Paying staff and invoices.
  • Creating and sending contracts.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:

  • Trust: Must be able to trust this person with sensitive information.
  • Reliability: Do not want to worry about their dependability.
  • Good communication: Timely responses to texts and messages are essential.
  • Highly organised: Must be capable of being highly organised.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

I can be fully creative and in sales mode without worrying about admin. The whole side of the business and my life is handled, allowing me to focus on pitching, sales, and ideating.
