Phone Repair Technician – Screen Refurbishment (Long Buckby, NN6 7RR).
Location: Long Buckby, Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (occasional overtime available up to 12-hour shifts during busy periods)

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Phone Repair Technicians to join our refurbishment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with component-level repairs and refurbishments, and be confident disassembling and reassembling various device models.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and refurbish mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
- Carry out screen replacements, battery swaps, housing changes, and board-level work.
- Use advanced refurbishment equipment (training provided on specific machinery).
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and test results.
- Complete device testing and quality checks before dispatch.
- Support production and refurbishment targets as part of a small, dedicated team.
- Perform basic computer/admin tasks such as logging repairs and tracking orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in phone or device repair (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand for delicate component work.
- Comfortable working with iPhones, Samsungs, iPads, Apple Watches, and other devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000, negotiable based on experience).
- Overtime available during busy periods (paid at an enhanced rate).
- Training provided on our latest refurbishment machines and equipment.
