- National Sales Manager role
- To take charge of a team of 6 people
- Senior people management role
- To also manage National Builders Merchants accounts
- To also manage Merchant Buying Groups
- To also manage the Wickes account
The Person
- People management experience is essential
- Will ideally have managed a sales team
- Must have managed at least one of the major Builders Merchant accounts eg Travis Perkins, Jewson, Huws Gray, MKM
- Exposure to merchant buying groups is not essential but it would be an advantage
- Ideally based in the Midlands area
