The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Intern to join the Office of the CEO, with a strong focus on office administration, executive support, compliance coordination, and project tracking. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth running of our London office while also assisting with cross-functional projects and CEO-led initiatives. You will report to the Project Manager and work closely with senior leadership, gaining valuable exposure to the operational, administrative, and governance aspects of a fast-growing media-tech company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in organisation, and is interested in how leadership teams manage operations, compliance, and decision-making behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, mail, filing systems, and day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access, and office logistics
  • Maintain well-organised digital and physical records, documents, and contact databases
  • Liaise with vendors, landlords, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support office health, safety, and compliance documentation where required
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and executive correspondence
  • Support the Project Manager in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional action items
  • Take meeting notes, prepare agendas, and follow up on agreed actions
  • Assist with internal reporting and basic operational dashboards
  • Assist with contract administration, including organising, tracking, and filing agreements (NDAs, supplier contracts, employment-related documents)
  • Support basic paralegal-style reviews, such as checking documents for completeness, version control, and approvals (no legal drafting required)
  • Help maintain compliance records (e.g. data protection documentation, company policies, internal registers)
  • Coordinate with external legal, finance, or compliance advisors when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive company and executive information
  • Conduct research to support business initiatives, partnerships, and market insights
  • Assist with event planning, company meetings, and internal gatherings
  • Coordinate internal communications, staff updates, and announcements
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support on CEO-led initiatives across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in office management, executive operations, compliance, or governance
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), PowerPoint, and similar tools
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Administration, Communications, Law, or a related field

What You’ll Gain

  • Practical, hands-on experience in office management and executive support
  • Exposure to leadership-level operations, compliance, and governance in a scaling media-tech company
  • Mentorship from senior leaders and close collaboration with the CEO's office
  • Experience working across departments on both day-to-day operations and strategic projects
