Role Overview
As Head of Product, you will shape the product vision and strategy for ScreenHits TV, leading a talented team to deliver world-class streaming experiences. You\’ll drive growth, engagement, and user satisfaction across all platforms while ensuring we stay at the forefront of entertainment technology.
What you\’ll do:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap across all devices (Smart TV, mobile, web, in-car).
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team — driving collaboration across Design, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Manage integrations with major streaming services and Fast Channels (APIs, metadata, DRM, authentication).
- Drive data-informed decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback.
- Partner with business leaders to shape monetization, partnerships, and global expansion.
- Champion a user-first experience that makes content discovery effortless and engaging.
What You\’ll Bring
- 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Experience scaling consumer tech or streaming / OTT platforms.
- Strong understanding of content aggregation, APIs, and user experience design.
