Development Executive / Development Producer
BAFTA-winning, Brighton-based Screen Dog Productions is looking for a brilliant Development Executive / Development Producer to join our team full-time starting in mid/late-September.
We’re looking for an experienced, ideas-driven development specialist with a strong track record in big, bold formats and edgy social experiments, who is equally comfortable developing compelling premium documentary ideas.
Excellent pitch and deck-writing/deck-design skills are essential, as is a sharp editorial instinct and the creativity and energy to make a real impact in brainstorms, commissioner pitches and across the development process.
This is a role for someone who can take an idea from concept through to commission for both linear and streamers and really drive projects forward.
As such, a proven track record of winning commissions is essential.
The role will require working collaboratively and positively within our small team.
The role is based in Brighton, and you’ll need to be able to work from our office at least two days a week.
This will be a 6-month contract initially with a view to extension.
Salary will depend on experience.
