Hello, we’re ScreenCloud! Founded in 2015 and with 10,000+ customers around the globe, ScreenCloud is a cloud-based SaaS company, employing over 100 people in our Bangkok, Belfast, LA, Charlotte and London hubs. At ScreenCloud, we’re hard at work helping businesses to make stronger connections at scale, and with those who are most important to them; their employees & their customers. By using the screens on their walls & the content in their systems, we enable the sales, productivity & engagement that keep our customers’ businesses thriving. We believe AI is reshaping how we work. The playbook is still being written, and we find that exciting. We're building a company where AI empowers every team member to have outsized impact and we're looking for people who share that vision. We’re very proud of our product and we’re also incredibly proud of our people. It’s our ‘ScreenClouders’ and the culture they nurture that will take us where other companies just can’t go. So if you’re someone looking to join a team of talented individuals, we are excited to hear from you!

The Role: Given the defined scope and 6-month duration of this project, we're structuring this as a contractor engagement rather than a fixed-term employee role. Please apply if you're set up to work on this basis (e.g. via your own limited company). ScreenCloud is becoming an AI-first organisation. This 6-month fixed-term role stands that capability up: building the internal AI tools — workflow agents and skills, many in service of the go-to-market teams — that take real time out of how the company works, and leaving behind a build-and-rollout pattern that outlasts the term. Internal tooling, distinct from the customer product. It's an engineering role at heart, with the instincts of a product builder. You own the whole loop — find the problem worth solving, decide what to build, build it hands-on, and drive it into daily use. You'll run discovery with department heads (sales, marketing and CS chief amongst them), ship alongside the champions who'll use each tool, and partner with the Director, Data Engineering so every build sits on data the business can trust. Reports to the Chief of Staff, with close collaboration with the VP Engineering. A rare greenfield mandate with high autonomy and exec visibility; full terms and benefits, with potential to extend. Some travel between Belfast, Bangkok and the US.

Success by end of term: a live portfolio of tools people choose to use, measurable time and cost removed, and every build handed to a permanent owner.

What you'll deliver:

  • A shipped pipeline of production AI tools you build, test and deploy yourself — to engineering standards, and good enough that people reach for them.
  • Product discovery with the SLT and department heads — getting under the real problems and choosing the highest-leverage tools to build first.
  • A prioritised build backlog held to the cost envelope set by the Chief of Staff — killing ideas that don't pay back.
  • Secure, least-privilege integrations — connector scopes, data tiers and audit logging to Engineering's standards, cleared through the AI Governance Council.
  • Adoption that sticks — champions engaged, usage tracked, tools iterated on real feedback.

What you'll bring:

  • A hands-on AI engineer first — you write the code and ship the tools yourself; production-grade agents and skills, not directing others. Keyboard-on, not sponsor or strategist.
  • Shipped agentic tools on Claude, MCP or similar — fluent wiring up connectors and APIs, owning the data plumbing, shipping things that hold up in production.
  • Product-minded — owns what to build, not just how: reads the real problems, picks the highest-leverage thing, and iterates on real usage until it sticks.
  • Security- and data-minded — least-privilege integrations, sensitive data handled responsibly and auditably.
  • Consultative — runs discovery with senior leaders in a change context; adapts the message across functions and levels.
  • A ruthless prioritiser — kills ideas that don't pay back, and holds the line when stakeholders push for speed.
  • Happy across hubs — energised by working with teams around the globe.

Interview Process and Experience: Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At ScreenCloud, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles! If you require any reasonable adjustments, please let our friendly recruitment team know.
