Hello, we’re ScreenCloud! Founded in 2015 and with 10,000+ customers around the globe, ScreenCloud is a cloud-based SaaS company, employing over 100 people in our Bangkok, Belfast, LA, Charlotte and London hubs. At ScreenCloud, we’re hard at work helping businesses to make stronger connections at scale, and with those who are most important to them; their employees & their customers. By using the screens on their walls & the content in their systems, we enable the sales, productivity & engagement that keep our customers’ businesses thriving. We believe AI is reshaping how we work. The playbook is still being written, and we find that exciting. We're building a company where AI empowers every team member to have outsized impact and we're looking for people who share that vision. We’re very proud of our product and we’re also incredibly proud of our people. It’s our ScreenClouders and the culture they nurture that will take us where other companies just can’t go. So if you’re someone looking to join a team of talented individuals, apply below!
The Role: At ScreenCloud, our Product Designers do more than design interfaces - they shape how organisations communicate with their people through screens. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work across our core products - Studio, Pulse, and Player apps - leading design from strategy through delivery. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll uncover customer needs, frame opportunities with Product Managers, and then bring them to life with Engineers. You’ll thrive if you love turning complexity into clarity, care about enterprise challenges, and want to see your designs shipped in the hands of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with PMs to define problems, shape product outcomes, and influence roadmaps.
- Work closely with Engineers to bring designs to life from early technical discussions, through iteration, to final delivery.
- Translate insights into solutions: flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Validate and refine designs via usability testing, customer feedback, and analytics.
- Communicate design rationale in a way that aligns design, product, and engineering.
- Advance our design system, ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and screen experiences.
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity in enterprise contexts.
- Mentor peers and foster design culture, helping raise the bar for craft and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise contexts.
- Portfolio demonstrating both strategic product thinking and detailed design craft.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with Engineers to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- Skilled in Figma, prototyping, and user research methods.
- Able to connect design work to business and customer impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and simplifying complexity.
Bonus Skills:
- Designing for enterprise workflows, integrations, or content-heavy systems.
- Experience with digital signage, comms, or device management.
- Motion design and micro-interactions.
- Designing AI-assisted experiences (content automation, personalisation, or support).
