In the last few years we’ve created iconic brands for new restaurants across Europe with Marriott, sparked a new generation of category-defining pizza in the UK, and partnered with luxury hotels in the US.
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our creative projects from concept to completion whilst producing high-quality digital marketing assets. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually compelling designs across a wide range of platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Design of digital marketing assets including display ads (static & animated), social media ads (in-feed, stories & reels), custom organic social media content, and supporting campaign digital assets for websites
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas that meet client briefs and deadlines
- Drive creative and innovative design concepts
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Collaborate with other creative team members to review and QA designs
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools
- Support the development of visual content for presentations and internal projects

Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and digital design work
- 1+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva
- Knowledge of social media specs for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads
- Understanding of visual best practices for paid ads across different platforms
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Video editing (Adobe Premier) experience a plus
- Animation (Adobe After Effects) experience a plus
Hybrid working model (most come in 1-2 times per week). Remote working will be considered.
