This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leeds for an Account Manager at Screen Moove. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating quotes, following up and managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, managing account portfolios, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Account Manager will ensure timely communication and provide post-sales service to maintain long-term partnerships with clients. Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, and sales Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and time-sensitive tasks Experience in the digital signage or AV industry is preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous CRM & Daily Workflow Keep all customer records updated in the CRM system. Log every incoming and outgoing phone call. Produce accurate sales notes to assist colleagues and management. Previous experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is highly desirable. Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or B2B Sales. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Confident telephone manner with professional email communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Experience within Digital Signage, AV, IT, Technology, or Commercial Electronics is preferred but not essential. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous. Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
