Provide first-class technical support, troubleshooting installation issues, and assisting customers during the go-live phase.

Conduct online and on-site training sessions across the UK, tailoring plans to meet specific client needs.

Maintain and update technical documentation to aid customer operations and internal processes.

Schedule and implement software upgrades for clients, ensuring seamless transitions.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance service quality and resolve issues efficiently.

What Experience is Required

A strong background in technical support, ideally within EPOS or similar environments.

Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (10, 11, Server OS), Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of MS SQL.

Excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and the ability to deliver training effectively.
