Operational Excellence

  • Adhere to client contract stipulations, striving to meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators.
  • Execute both reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks to the highest quality standards.
  • Follow established standard and emergency protocols.
  • Implement and maintain the account\’s Risk & Safety practices to ensure minimal disruptions to client operations.
  • Work closely with the broader team to pinpoint areas for enhancing technical service delivery.

Continuous Development

  • Actively seek and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • HV/LV Authorized Person AP15 (Training refreshers available).
  • Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
  • HNC & HND qualifications in engineering.
  • Confined Authorized Person (Training refreshers available).
  • Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person (Training refreshers available).
  • IOSH certification.
  • City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and adeptness with systems like BMS and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
