Are you ready to join a specialist engineering organisation working in one of London\’s newest, state-of-the-art buildings? We are seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer with essential mechanical knowledge to maintain and service cutting-edge plant and systems in a prestigious development.

You will work on an alternating shift pattern:

• Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00
• Week 2: 10:00 – 19:00

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Maintain critical systems including: Combined Heat & Power (CHP), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Diesel Generators, Chillers, Advanced Air Systems, BMU Units
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations in a high-performing, professional team environment.

£40,000 basic salary with overtime opportunities
