The ideal candidate will carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive tasks across multiple sites, ensuring systems and equipment are fully operational, compliant, and safe. The role will involve travel, fault diagnosis, hands-on repair work, and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance tasks across a range of commercial buildings.
- Complete PPMs and respond to reactive callouts in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect and maintain plant equipment including AHUs, pumps, lighting systems, and control panels.
- Maintain accurate job records using a PDA system.
- Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent service while representing the business across all client sites.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition preferred.
- Experience in a multi-site FM or mobile engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Very client facing.
