Location: London
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
Salary: Negotiable + high uncapped bonuses

This Sales Development Representative role sits at the sharp end of growth. You’ll own revenue outcomes, build pipeline from scratch, and close deals with ambitious FMCG brands. You’ll be trusted early, given real responsibility, and rewarded with rapid progression as the business scales.
As a Sales Development Representative , you will:
- Own outbound and inbound pipeline end-to-end from first touch to close
- Work side-by-side with the Growth team to execute and refine go-to-market strategy in real time
- Aggressively source and engage new clients via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach
- Run sharp discovery calls and high-energy product demos that clearly communicate value and ROI
