My client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative with proven expertise in cold calling and lead generation with B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong pipelines, and driving sales growth by engaging prospective clients through proactive outreach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-activity sales environments, knows how to turn a “no” into a “yes,” and has a good understanding of pitching to owners and directors of businesses.
The Role
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new business.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on long-term business growth.
- Present and promote demo product offerings in a compelling way that meets client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design effective lead-generation strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls, meetings booked, conversions).
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, energetic, and able to handle high volumes of outreach daily.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but not mandatory if experience is strong).
- A minimum of 1 year actual B2B sales experience, either as a lead generator, SDR or 360 Sales Development Representative.
