The Client: My client is making significant investment into developing new sectors and markets, and to support this growth they are hiring an experienced Senior Conference Producer to take on a commercially influential, research-driven role. For over a decade, they’ve delivered high-level, invitation-only live and bespoke events for C-suite leaders across the UK and Europe, partnering with many of the world’s most recognised organisations, including a majority of Fortune 500 companies.
The Role: This is far more than a traditional production position; it’s an opportunity to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive new market development. As a Senior Conference Producer, you will analyse emerging sectors, validate new opportunities, and lead the production of a portfolio of established B2B events. You’ll work directly with senior business leaders, build influential networks, and collaborate closely with Sponsorship, Delegate Relations, and Operations to deliver commercially successful, high-profile events. The Senior Conference Producer will also play a key role in shaping content strategy, developing compelling agendas, and ensuring each event delivers genuine value to both sponsors and delegates.
