The Role

My client is looking for a hands‑on Sales Team Leader / Sales Trainer to coach, motivate and develop a small outbound sales team. If you love improving call quality, sharpening objection handling, and driving conversion uplift — this is your environment.

You’ll be the person who sets the tone on the sales floor: confident, structured, supportive, and able to turn average callers into high performers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching outbound sales agents daily
• Running call‑listening sessions and delivering feedback
• Improving objection handling and closing techniques
• Driving KPI performance: conversions, talk‑time, quality scores
• Leading morning huddles, training sessions and refreshers
• Supporting new starters with onboarding and call coaching
• Creating a positive, energetic sales culture

Ideal Fit

• Experience as a Sales Trainer, Telesales Team Leader, Outbound Manager, Sales Coach, or Performance Manager
• Strong coaching ability; you know how to lift performance
