Office Based Role; five days per week

Salary to £25-30k – OTE 2-4K

My client is looking for an energetic and driven B2B Sales Executive to support the growth of their commercial fuel solutions offering. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective organisations and presenting tailored solutions. It’s a performance-led position that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.

The Sales Executive Role:

  • Proactively reach out to potential business customers via outbound calling, using a supplied database to introduce and promote the company’s services.
  • Manage inbound enquiries, providing clear, accurate information on pricing, product options, and service benefits.
  • Deliver structured, persuasive sales conversations using approved messaging to communicate value effectively.
  • Identify customer requirements through effective questioning, enabling you to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activity, and account information within the CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience and protecting the company’s reputation.
  • Consistently work towards and aim to exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in B2B as a sales executive or telesales (B2B or B2C but not essential).
  • Also considered: College leavers with B2B Customer Service / Marketing Graduates looking to pursue a career in sales – Experienced Sales professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confident handling objections and closing opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when updating CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

  • Build a solid understanding of the B2B proposition and its position in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline across multiple sectors and regions.
