The Sales Executive Role:
- Proactively reach out to potential business customers via outbound calling, using a supplied database to introduce and promote the company’s services.
- Deliver structured, persuasive sales conversations using approved messaging to communicate value effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activity, and account information within the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience and protecting the company’s reputation.
- Consistently work towards and aim to exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in B2B as a sales executive or telesales (b2b or b2c but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when updating CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
