My client is looking for an energetic and driven B2B Sales Executive to support the growth of their commercial fuel solutions offering. It’s a performance‑led position that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a customer‑first mindset.

The Sales Executive Role:

  • Proactively reach out to potential business customers via outbound calling, using a supplied database to introduce and promote the company’s services.
  • Deliver structured, persuasive sales conversations using approved messaging to communicate value effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activity, and account information within the CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience and protecting the company’s reputation.
  • Consistently work towards and aim to exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Previous experience in B2B as a sales executive or telesales (b2b or b2c but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when updating CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety.
  • Gain a strong working knowledge of internal systems used for ordering, account management, and issue resolution.
