The ideal junior FX broker is a driven and ambitious college leaver with a genuine interest in global financial markets. You’ll be eager to build a career in FX sales, trading, client relationship management, and market analysis, while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced brokerage environment.

Education

  • Recently completed A-Levels (or equivalent), ideally with strong results in Mathematics, Economics, or Business Studies
  • Additional self-study or coursework in finance, economics, or trading is advantageous
  • Internships within Financial Services – highly desirable or b2b sales

Responsibilities (Entry-Level)

  • Support senior brokers in executing client currency trades
  • Monitor market movements and assist in preparing daily market updates
  • Help with client onboarding and maintain accurate account documentation
  • Conduct basic research on currency trends and economic indicators
  • Learn and apply compliance and regulatory standards within FX trading
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Cold calling and using outreach mechanisms to source new clients
