We’re looking for a Pharmacist to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in primary care by supporting medicines optimisation and improving patient outcomes.

About the role:

You’ll use your clinical expertise to support patients through structured medicines reviews and clinical services, including asthma and COPD reviews, and wider chronic disease management support. Whether you’re experienced in primary care or looking to move into it, full training and support will be provided.
