We’re a leading restoration company and we’re hiring Trainee Surface Repair Technicians for our Architectural Paint Spraying & Glass Restoration teams. You don’t need experience — we’ll train you to professional NVQ Level 2 standard from day one. This is a PAYE employed role only. No contractors, no self‑employed. We invest in our people.
What you’ll learn with us:
- Paint matching & mixing using state‑of‑the‑art industrial coatings and paints
- Architectural paint preparation and spraying to pro standards with pro equipment
- Glass polishing, restoration, and repairs on live sites & high‑profile projects
- Site surveys, inspections, and reporting — how the job really works
What you need to start:
- Valid CSCS Card — if you don’t have one yet, we can guide you on getting your green card to start
- Full UK driving licence — you’ll be in a company van
