As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to strengthen our delivery team and help execute projects to the highest possible standard.
The Role
As Production Manager, you are responsible for translating approved concepts into precise, commercially controlled and flawlessly executed builds. Working closely with Producers, Designers and external partners, you will manage the technical and operational delivery of retail environments, experiential activations and live events.
You understand construction, materials and fabrication. You are confident managing suppliers and budgets. You ensure that what we design is built properly, safely and to an uncompromising standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret creative concepts and technical packs into deliverable production scopes
- Lead costings and supplier negotiations in collaboration with fabrication and production partners
- Manage value engineering processes while protecting design intent
- Conduct detailed site visits, surveys and feasibility assessments
- Develop build schedules, installation programmes and logistics plans
- Oversee access requirements, venue compliance and local authority coordination
- Prepare and manage Health and Safety documentation including RAMS
- Supervise installation and de rig phases onsite
- Manage storage, transport logistics and asset tracking
- Lead post project reconciliations and supplier wrap ups
- Maintain commercial control across budgets and production expenditure
About You
You are technically strong, commercially aware and solutions focused. You have a solid understanding of both live event production and permanent or semi permanent retail construction. You are confident speaking with fabricators, contractors and venue teams, and you understand how to balance ambition with practicality.
You are detail driven and calm under pressure, particularly during installation phases. You take ownership, communicate clearly and ensure nothing is left unresolved. You take pride in delivery quality and understand that execution defines reputation.
Essential
- 4 to 8 years experience in production delivery across events, experiential or retail fit out
- Strong technical understanding of structures, materials and fabrication processes
- Experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety compliance and documentation
- Excellent organisational and scheduling capability
- Confident overseeing onsite installation teams
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering international projects
- Knowledge of container builds, touring structures or modular systems
- Familiarity with permanent retail fit out processes
- Relevant production or construction qualifications
